Refund & Cancellation Policy

Chrissy’s Massage Courses – 2350 Harvey Mitchell Pkwy S, College Station, TX 77845

Effective January 1, 2026

Full refund minus $15 processing fee: For cancellations received 15 or more calendar days before the class dates.

50% refund OR full credit to a future class (student’s choice): Cancellations received between 8 and 14 calendar days prior to the class date.

One transfer to cover the full coverage of course cost.

No refund and no credit: For cancellations received 7 or fewer days before the class date, or in case of a no-show.

If Chrissy’s Massage Courses cancels or reschedules a class: The student receives either a 100% refund (including the $15 processing fee) or full credit to any future class, student’s choice for same value.

Medical or family emergency (within 7 days of class): Full refund minus $15 processing fee may be granted with proper documentation, determined case-by-case.

Attendance Rule: Texas requires 100% attendance for CE credit. Late arrivals or early departures result in no certificate and no refund or credit.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. This policy is prominently displayed on the website, included in every registration confirmation, and posted in the classroom.
